¼cupgrated, cold butter
2cupsall purpose flour
1tsp.active dry yeast
If your air fryer has a preheat function, preheat to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, soda, powder, and yeast. Cut the shredded, cold butter into the flour mixture and add whipping cream. Knead together until you have a smooth, well combined dough.
Roll dough to a ½ inch thickness.
Cut out biscuits using either a biscuit cutter or an upside down cup.
Place in air fryer and cook for 6 minutes, flipping half way through.
