Peel the skin off your carrots. Cut your carrots in half, then in three’s, or as many times as needed to get nice, thin, fries.Place them in a large bowl. Toss with the olive oil and seasoning. (see other suggestions in post above)
Place them in the air fryer basket or tray. Be sure to not overcrowd the carrots in the air fryer, make sure there is room for air to flow around the carrots or they won't get crispy.
Cook at 370° for 10 minutes, or until they are fully cooked to your liking.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
