Air Fryer Fried Ice Cream

Delicious fried ice cream without all the extra fat of deep frying!

Ingredients
  

  • 48 oz. tub vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
  • 3 large egg whites

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out about 1 cup of ice cream per ball. Mold into a ball and place in a muffin tin. Place in freezer for 1 hour.  
    Ice cream scooped onto a black tray.
  • Remove from freezer and coat each ball in the flour. Return to the freezer for 1 hour.

  • Crush cereal into crumbs and whisk the egg until foamy. Remove and roll each ballin the egg whites, then coat with the cereal. Place back into the freezer for 4hours or overnight.

  • Remove and set ball on an aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket. Cook on 350° F. for 2 minutes.

  • Eat with toppings immediately.
