Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Delicious potatoes that are easy to make are go great with just about any main course at breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium russet potato (approximately ¾ lb.)
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. ground rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. salt (you can add more after they are done cooking)
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean and chop your potatoes to approximately 1 inch cubes.

  • Spritz with a bit of oil using an oil sprayer (or just pour a little over the top).

  • Put them in a mixing bowl and add all the seasoning.

  • Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.

  • Transfer to your air fryer tray or basket.

  • Air fry at 400 F. for approximately 10-15 minutes, tossing or flipping 2 or 3 times during the cooking process. Cooking time will vary slightly by air fryer. Cool a bit before servings.
