Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup grated, cold butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. active dry yeast

Instructions
 

  • If your air fryer has a preheat function, preheat to 350F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, soda, powder, and yeast. Cut the shredded, cold butter into the flour mixture and add whipping cream. Knead together until you have a smooth, well combined dough.

  • Roll dough to a ½ inch thickness.

  • Cut out biscuits using either a biscuit cutter or an upside down cup.

  • Place in air fryer and cook for 6 minutes, flipping half way through.
